The call for applications for the INGENIUM Student Partnership Projects 2026 offers HKA students and doctoral candidates the opportunity to implement their own ideas together with partners within the INGENIUM alliance network.
The program aims to strengthen cooperation within the European Higher Education Area, to further develop student competences and to contribute to the vision of an inclusive, sustainable and intercultural INGENIUM European Campus.
Funding & possible formats
Up to €10,000 is available per project. Eligible costs include but are not limited to:
- Travel expenses
- material costs
- Personnel costs for the preparation of activities
- external services (e.g. translations, video production)
- as well as other justified costs within the framework of the Erasmus+ rules.
A variety of activities can be funded, e.g:
- workshops
- trainings
- exhibitions
- excursions
- competitions
- hackathons or
- Community engagement formats.
Important: The projects must be carried out between May and December 15, 2026.
Who can apply?
- Both under- and Postgraduate students (Bachelor, Master, PhD). Other students enrolled in lifelong learning programmes may apply as well.
- Student organisations/associations recognised as such by any of the INGENIUM universities
- A combination of both is also possible: for instance, 2 student organisations with students from one or two other universities.
The project partnership must involve at least three INGENIUM universities. Please to contact the local INGENIUM coordination office at HKA before submitting an application. All participating students must be enrolled for the entire duration of the project.
Application procedure
1. submission of your expression of interest (optional) - February 16 to March 9 via the following form: https://forms.cloud.microsoft/e/cT3YGPSN73
All submitted expressions of interest will then be published on the INGENIUM website and used for the matchmaking process.
2. final application (mandatory) - submission via the INGENIUM platform from March 11 to April 5, 23:59 CET via the application form
